What is the Signature Platinum Remembrance Pod?
It's a tiny platinum urn that we permanently laser seal. This seal creates an airtight cavity for your treasured relics, ensuring they will remain protected for generations to come.
No need to worry about filling and sealing your cremation jewelry. You also don't need to worry about corrosion, rust, or any other destructive element. Your treasured relics are permanently sealed in 100% airtight platinum, ready to stand the test of time and pass through generations.

Do I fill my cremation jewelry, or do you?
We take care of the filling and sealing. Every cremation ring and pendant arrives ready for immediate wear.
How will I send the material I wish to be used in my cremation jewelry?
After an order is placed, we ship out a Keepsake Preparation Kit that contains everything you needed to transport your treasured relics to us, including a protective jar, a prepaid return parcel, and detailed instructions. Once we receive the returned Kit, your Signature Platinum Remembrance Pod is filled with your material and then permanently laser sealed and secured within the heart of your piece.
Will my relics and cremation jewelry be safe in the mail?
We do everything within our control to ensure all shipments arrive safely and are yet to encounter any issue. However, as we cannot guarantee the safety of third party shipping companies, we do request that only the minimum necessary amount of your treasured relic required to fill your Pod is enclosed in the Keepsake Preparation Kit.
We fully insure every shipment of finished jewelry and a signature will be required upon receipt.
How does the ordering process work?
Once we receive your order, a pre-paid and fully insured Keepsake Preparation Kit will arrive within 10 business days.
The kit includes a protective jar for relics, a prepaid return parcel, a ring sizer (if applicable), along with detailed instructions for filling the protective jar and returning the kit.
Once we receive the returned kit, we will fill your Signature Platinum Remembrance Pod with your relics, permanently laser seal the Pod with a special laser, and secure it within the heart of your piece. After a final polish and inspection, the finished piece is shipped back to you. Every cost associated with shipping and insuring your order is included in the price of each piece.
How long does the ordering process take? May I expedite it?
Your finished cremation ring or pendant will be delivered within 6 weeks of the return date of your Keepsake Preparation Kit.
In the case of ring orders, we can accelerate production if we are aware of your ring size prior to the return of your Keepsake Preparation Kit. We are also able to fully expedite production for an additional fee.
What materials are used to create my cremation jewelry? How are they sourced?
We only cast in platinum, 18K yellow and white gold, and source the highest quality, responsibly sourced diamonds and gemstones. All of our diamonds are of VS F+ quality, 100% conflict free, and sustainably mined in Canada's Northwest Territories. All Lee Alexander & Co. jewelry is expertly crafted in the USA.
May I create a design from scratch?
Yes! We love working one-on-one with customers to create a custom design by either modifying one of our existing designs or creating an entirely new design from scratch. Learn more by visiting our Custom Design Page.
May I choose a different metal or gemstone?
Absolutely! We love accommodating special requests and customizations. Each cremation ring and pendant design found on our website can be in platinum or 18k white and yellow gold. We are able to accommodate most special gemstone requests. Send us a message and let us know which design, metal and gemstone you'd like.
Do you offer lab grown gemstones?
Yes! Lab grown diamonds and gemstones are a great alternative to natural gemstones. Let us know what design and stones you're interested in, and if available, we'll make it happen.
