After checkout, we'll ship your Keepsake Preparation Kit to collect the ashes, hair, fur, or other precious material you wish to be sealed inside. The process is typically 4-6 weeks, door to door.

Our Keepsake Preparation Kit contains everything you need to send us your treasured relics.

The kit is shipped within five days of order placement, and includes a small jar, paid shipping label, and detailed instructions to ship your kit back to us. If you order a ring, sizers will also be included in the kit.

While we wait for your kit to come back, we get to work creating your piece. We cast your piece, order your stones and await the return of your kit.

Your casts are then polished, stones and set the Remembrance Pod is filled, sealed and secured. Any remaining ashes are sent back with your finished piece.

The Keepsake Preparation Kit will arrive within 10 business days of order placement. Once returned back to us, production on your piece will begin.

Finished pieces are delivered (fully insured) within four weeks of that return date with signature required upon receipt.
